Ellen Bernstein - is the author of A Biblical Ecology: The Splendor of Creation and the founding director of the first Jewish environmental organization in North America, Shomrei Adamah.

Dr. Wallace S. Broeker - is the Newberry Professor of Geology at Columbia University, Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory. Dr. Broecker is perhaps the world's foremost interpreter of the Earth's operation as a biological, chemical, and physical system.

Rabbi Fred Scherlinder Dobb �Rabbi, Congregation Adath Shalom. A long time environmental educator, activist and author, as well as a congregational Rabbi in Rockville, MD, Fred co-founded Religious Witness for the Earth, and has been a longtime board member of the Teva Learning Center, and is an inspiration to many leading Jewish Environmentalists.

Dr. Gabe Goldman � Founder and Director, Jewish Environmental and Nature Educators Institute (JENE). Gabe Goldman has been a Jewish educator for 30 years, and is credited with being the grandfather of Jewish environmental nature education. Gabe is the author of dozens of teachers guides, children�s stories, and articles published in professional journals.

Professor Marc Cane - The G. Unger Vetlesen Professor of Earth and Climate Sciences at Columbia University and is the world's top El Nino expert.

Sarah Chandler - is the Educational Director of West End Synagogue in Manhattan. She has worked for the Teva Learning Center in various capacities and earned an M.A. in Bible and Informal Jewish Education at The Jewish Theological Seminary. She also serves as Director of Programming for Zeek Magazine.

Leiba Chaya David - Co-Director of Ru'ach HaSviva, The Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel's Center for Jewish Environmental Living and Learning. She earned an M.A. in Jewish Education from Hebrew University (with a focus on Environmental Education) and has studied at the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies and worked as an SPNI field guide.

Noam Dolgin - Former Associate Director of The Teva Learning Center for five years. He is the current Chairperson of the Green Zionist Alliance, and was a co-founder of Adam Va-Adamah, Canada's first Jewish environmental organization.

Rabbi Jill Hammer - Founder, Tel Shemesh and author of Sisters at Sinai: New Tales of Biblical Women and The Jewish Book of Days.

Paul Gorman � National Religious Partnership for the Environment (NRPE). A former professor at the City University of New York and Sarah Lawrence College, Paul left academia in 1991 to establish the NRPE for which he continues to serve as executive director and spiritual leader.

Farmer Daron Joffe, a.k.a �Farmer D� � Director, Gan Chaim, a national organization that develops interactive Jewish gardening programs at Jewish educational institutions. He is the former agricultural director at Serenbe, a one thousand acre eco-village, and currently the owner of Farmer D organics, located in Georgia.

Barrie E. Kavash - Ethnobotanist, mycologist, herbalist is Author of over 20 books. Her works include Native Harvests and The Medicine Wheel Garden. (Barrie knows just about everything about every plant you can find!)

Rabbi Ebn Leader � Co-Director, Beit Midrash at Hebrew College Rabbinical School. Rabbi Ebn Leader is Director of the Bet Midrash (House of Study) at the Rabbinical School at Hebrew College in Newton. He grew up in Jerusalem and was a student of Rabbi David Hartman and Rabbi Amos Hetz. He is currently a student of Rabbi Arthur Green, from whom he has received S�micha. He is the co-editor of God in All Moments: Mystical & Practical Wisdom from Hasidic Masters, published by Jewish Lights.

Barbara Lerman-Golomb � Former Executive Director, Coalition on the Environment and Jewish Life (COEJL) and current Director of Community Relations for Hazon.

Daniel Orenstein � PhD candidate, Center for Environmental Studies Brown University. Expert in Israeli environmental issues, Daniel worked for the JNF in Israel, and lectured at the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies and Hebrew University. His current research focuses on the environmental impact of land use changes in Israel.

Nati Passow - Co-Director, Jewish Farm School, and editor of Alumot: A Jewish Gardening Project Resource Manuel for Jewish Educators. He is a carpenter, writer and educator living in Philadelphia and used to run an award-winning garden construction program for the Urban Nutrition Initiative at University City High School.

Nigel Savage � Executive Director, Hazon. Founder of Hazon and the Jewish Environmental Bike Rides, Nigel has an MA in American Jewish History from Georgetown, and has learned at Pardes, Yakar, and Hebrew University. He is believed to be the first English Jew to have crossed the State of South Dakota on a recumbent bicycle.

Rabbi David Mevorach Seidenberg - Rabbi Sidenberg has studied the theology of nature in Jewish thought for 20 years, and holds a doctorate in ecology and Kabbalah from JTS. David founded the first Hasidic Egalitarian minyan in 1995 in NYC, and now teaches throughout the Bay area and North America. David's work is widely published and can be found in Trees, Earth and Torah and Torah of the Earth and in the Encyclopedia of Religion and Nature.

Ora Sheinson - is the Associate Director and Chair of the Halacha committee of Canfei Nesharim. Ora advocates the advancement of Jewish environmental ethics in the Orthodox community.

Rabbi Shmuel Simenowitz - is the Director of Project Y�aleh V�Yavo, Inc. and is famous for his maple syrup, Hassidic stories, and creative sustainable design projects.

Nili Simhai � Director, Teva Learning Center. Nili has been working at the Teva Learning Center for the past nine years. She has used her background in ornithology, entomology, and conservation biology, to create Jewish Environmental programming and curriculum for schools, synagogues and community groups.

Rabbi Larry Troster � Rabbinic Fellow, Coalition on the Environment and Jewish Law (COEJL). He is the Jewish Chaplain at Bard College, having received his rabbinic ordination from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America in New York City. He has published numerous articles and has lectured on Jewish environmentalism, bio-ethics, and Judaism and modern science.

Rabbi Arthur Waskow � Director, Shalom Center (Jewish Ethics) . Since 1969, Waskow has been one of the leading creators of theory, practice, and institutions for the movement for Jewish renewal. He had primary editorial responsibility for two pioneering anthologies on eco-Judaism, Trees, the Earth, and Torah: A Tu B'Shvat Anthology and Torah of the Earth: Exploring 4,000 Years of Ecology in Jewish Thought.
